In this exhibition, objects and fragments of images derived from making collages were recreated in three-dimensions. The 2D and 3D were exhibited alongside each other. The 'blueprints' were conceived as designs for an alternate reality that was then made real. Equally, through digital processing, the images had a photographic quality that hinted at the possibility that the three-dimensional works came first. Realisation required an expanded material and tool set of sewing, carving, and basic construction. As the works were to be transported from 1640km south in a single ute and assembled in one day, everything was designed as form of flatpack.
